Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Please try on your garment(s) as soon as you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied with your Thumb Print purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item or items in their original condition within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. We will issue a virtual store credit or allow an equal exchange. There are no cash refunds. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment.

The garment or garments must be:

1. unworn beyond trying it on;
2. unwashed;
3. clean;
4. in the same condition as received, and
5. have all original tags attached.

Please note:

1. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

2. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

3. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

4. The parcel can take up to 10-14 working days to reach us unless it is sent express mail or special delivery.

Return of a Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. The item will either be replaced or exchanged for another or you will be issued a virtual check. You have 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. The same shipping and handling requirements apply to a faulty item as a return or exchange.
